The Uttar Pradesh government appointed Turamalla Venkatesh (Retd IAS: 1988: UP) and former district judge Deepak Swaroop Saxena as members of UP RERA. There are three members in UP RERA besides its chairman.
They have replaced former IAS Balwinder Kumar and former IPS Bhanu Pratap Singh whose tenure ended three months back. The two posts were lying vacant since then. The third member is Kalpana Mishra who is a retired judicial services officer.

And GNS News Agency also included in DAVP Print Media Advertisement Policy-2016. So all the newspapers associated with Gujarati News Service (GNS) will get 15 point benefit which will admissible in DAVP.
