(G.N.S) Dt. 20 New Delhi/Chandigarh The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended names of two Punjab and Haryana High Court Judges as Chief Justices of two High Courts. Collegium has recommended the name of Justice M S Ramachandra Rao as Chief Justice of Himachal Pradesh High Court and name of Justice AG Masih to be appointed as Chief Justice of Rajasthan High
