The Union Government cleared the appointment of Jitendra Malik, General Manager, Bharat Coking Coal Ltd. (BCCL) as Director (Technical), Northern Coalfields Ltd (NCL) till his superannuation i.e. on 31.05.2025. The Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB) had on September 6, 2022 recommended his name for the post. The post of Director (Technical), Northern Coalfields Ltd (NCL) was lying vacant.

And GNS News Agency also included in DAVP Print Media Advertisement Policy-2016. So all the newspapers associated with Gujarati News Service (GNS) will get 15 point benefit which will admissible in DAVP.
