The government of India has appointed Judicial and Technical members in the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) for a period of five years or till attaining the age of 65 years. These members are:

Ashok Kumar Bhardwaj, Advocate.
Praveen Gupta, Advocate.
Mahendra Khandelwal, Senior Government Advocate, Department of Legal Affairs.
Bidisha Banerjee, Judicial Member, CAT.
Sanjiv Jain, District Court Judge in Commercial Court, Delhi Higher Judicial Service.
Technical Members:
Atul Chaturvedi (Retd IAS:1986:AM), former Union Secretary, Department of Animal Husbandry & Dairying.
Mrs Anu Jagmohan Singh, former Member in the Central Board of Direct Taxes.
Prabhat Kumar, Chartered Accountant.
Charan Singh, Former Executive Director, UCO Bank.
Ashish Verma (Retd), former Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax.
Madhu Sinha, former Director and Head of AML Compliance in Citi Bank India.
