The government has appointed over a dozen Central Secretariat Service (CSS) officers to the level of Directors in the Senior Selection Grade Select List (SSGSL) level for the year 2022. As per the notification, the officers appointed as Directors are retained (in situ) in their respective Ministries/Departments and the seniority officers will be in the same order in which their names have been recommended. These officers are:
